I’m a speaker, career coach, HR professional, and advocate for helping people navigate what’s next in their careers with clarity and confidence.

​Throughout my career in Human Resources and talent acquisition, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hiring managers, interviewing hundreds of candidates, and guiding people through some of the most important moments of their professional lives. I quickly learned that the individuals who thrive aren’t always the most qualified. They’re the ones who understand their strengths, tell their story well, and show up with confidence.

Today, as the owner of Career Free Agent, LLC, I support students, early-career professionals, and career navigators through speaking engagements, career coaching, resume and LinkedIn profile reviews, DISC assessments, and digital tools that make the job search more accessible.

For organizations, I deliver workshops, trainings, and presentations that help groups strengthen career readiness, improve communication, and develop practical professional skills. My approach is real, relatable, and rooted in years of HR experience and working directly with job seekers at every level.
