Refunds are not available once the assessment link has been sent, as each link is paid for individually.

- Written feedback on structure, clarity, and content
- Suggestions for impact, formatting, and alignment with target roles
- Recommendations for improvements
- Optional follow-up clarification (based on package)
- Resume writing or full rewrites
- Creating a resume from scratch
- Selecting career direction (must purchase coaching)
- 2 business days from the date all materials are received.

Refund Policy:
- Full refund after completing Session 1
- 50% refund after completing Session 2

- A/V requirements
- Rescheduling and cancellation guidelines
- Travel requirements (if applicable)
