I am the owner and operator of Career Free Agent. You will work directly with me when you sign up for any service. Therefore, there are no expedited services if you need them sooner than the turnaround time we have listed.  

I offer resume and LinkedIn profile services for job seekers in all industries, with the exception of some IT roles and federal jobs. If I cannot write your resume for your targeted role, I will refer you to a trusted partner who can assist. 

• We offer resume writing and resume review. The resume review process takes 5-7 days, and the resume writing process has a turnaround time of 12-15 days. We understand this is a lengthy process, but we value quality over speed. If there is a position that you need to submit a resume to and you cannot afford to wait, please let us know, and we can potentially refer you to a trusted partner that can expedite your request. 

• The resume review and resume writing services are two different services. You are required to review each service and understand the process before purchasing. Once the purchase has been completed, you have 3 days to submit all requested materials to start the process. If your materials are not submitted within that timeframe, we will assume you no longer need the services, and we will refund your money to your account. 

 

• All resume and LinkedIn services are collaborative and can be done over the phone or via Zoom. Please be prepared with the requested materials before the scheduled initial session. You will select your session using the Calendly link provided once you make your purchase. 

 

• Career Free Agent does make any guarantees should you decide to use our services. The recruitment/hiring process can vary from company to company, and we encourage you to do your due diligence during your job search. As a recruiter, I do not have all the answers, but I try to offer advice on what would be best for your job search. That said, you are not obligated to utilize the advice we offer. We want all of our clients to be successful during their search. Although our clients have experienced positive results, those results vary, and again there is a chance you might experience different outcomes.  

 

• ​​​​When you place an order for any service, I assume you have read and agreed to all of the terms and conditions. If you disagree with the terms and conditions, I ask you not to purchase our services. 

 

• The resume writing and review service does not include career coaching. I assume you already know what jobs you are targeting when you sign up for resume writing services. If unsure of your career trajectory, I recommend you either sign up for career coaching services or take additional time to develop a job search strategy. 

 

• I take every client through a multi-step process. Therefore, each client should engage and communicate throughout the process. When I request information, I ask that all requested materials be sent to me in a timely manner. Additionally, when I schedule sessions, I ask that you are on time and if you need to reschedule, please let me know 24 hours in advance so I can make that spot available to someone else. 

 

• I want our clients to be satisfied with our services. I schedule a resume wrap-up session with every client where the resume is reviewed, and all questions are answered. If additional revisions need to be made, I will address those and update the resume as needed. For resume reviews, all edits are final, and it is up to the client to implement those recommendations before submitting their resume to any job posting. If you are still unsatisfied with the services you received, we will evaluate the situation and work on a favorable outcome.  

 

• I also offer career coaching for our clients. My coaching services are a five-week program designed to help clients gain clarity in their careers. Please review the session overview before purchasing our services. 

 

• Refund options: 

           -Receive a full refund if withdrawing after the first session. 
           -Receive a 50% refund if withdrawing from the program after the second session. 
           -No refund after the second session.

• I do not offer refunds for our interview prep service. The client assumes responsibility for researching the company and ensuring they are familiar with the job. I provide advice and recommendations during the sessions, and the client is not obligated to use my tips and guidance during their interview. 

 

• My LinkedIn profile writing service follows the same process as our resume review and revision process. If you choose to have me revise your LinkedIn profile, I will modify the content in a Word document, and then we will review the content during the wrap-up session before inputting it into your profile.
